“Always happy with the service here. Great bunch of lads, very knowledgeable”
“Absolutely amazing, If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Staff are super friendly, prices were super affordable and they put my faith back into good garages after me having a god awful experience at a garage back in Northamptonshire. Will definitely be coming here again for future work!”
“Genuine, kind, thoughtful & reasonable”
“Being a disabled driver isn’t easy at the best of times, but the garage at Great Waldingfield has just made my life a little easier!
Last week I found I had a water leak. The RAC came & did a “poor” repair just to get me home, I was terrified to use the car for fear of anything else going wrong.
I rang a local garage in Sudbury as I need to go to Dorset for my uncle’s 90th birthday. The garage in Sudbury said he couldn’t do anything for 2.5 weeks, so I rang the garage in Great Waldingfield on recommendation of a friend.
I spoke to Kevin & sent him a photo of the water hose that was the problem late Friday afternoon. Monday morning I was called as the mechanic wanted to have a look to know exactly which part was required, they said they would come out & look so I didn’t need to risk driving her. The mechanic came when he said he was coming & I was called with a price which was incredibly reasonable.
Thursday afternoon the mechanic came & met me at the doctors as I was out on my mobility scooter, collected the key and picked up the car to take back to be repaired.
Friday afternoon it’s been returned to me, all repaired & without me having to leave my home!!
I have been so impressed by the kindness shown to me by Kevin, the receptionist & the mechanic that I felt I really had to write a review. I will always use this garage from now on. Genuine, kind, thoughtful & reasonable are all words that appertain to everyone at Great Waldingfield garage. Thank you so much all of you!!”
